Modern Family’s Sofia Vergara and her fiancé, Nick Loeb, are trying to block the sale of “personal” photos. They were reportedly found on a Blackberry Nick misplaced a while back. A “mystery seller” in Delray Beach Florida is trying to sell the pictures, which he says shows Sofia in her bathroom and the bedroom. Her legal team is now taking a very aggressive stance in keeping them from becoming public.

Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel have received some flack for a video that was played at their wedding ceremony starring homeless people wishing the couple good luck on their marriage. It was supposed to be a private joke, but of course, the video was leaked on the internet. Well, one of the men featured… a guy named Eddie… said he was paid $40 to speak a few words about a couple, but he had no idea he would end up in this kind of joke. He said a man approached him in Hollywood and offered to give him a few bucks if he read a few lines in front of the camera. The cameraman allegedly said the video was being made for a friend's wedding. Now, Eddie is shocked to learn it was made for Justin and Jessica. He told TMZ cameras that he was tricked and now feels really bad. I think I smell a lawsuit.

In happier news, Jessica Biel will soon be Mrs. Timberlake! She is changing her last name now that she’s a married woman. She will legally become “Jessica Timberlake,” but will still keep her maiden name professionally.
