Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have turned down a few offers – even rejecting a $3 million dollar tabloid offer – for their baby's first pictures. And TMZ says that as of right now, Kim and Kanye have no plans to sell the pictures to ANYONE. But, that could all change because demand for the pictures will only increase over time – so, they still might consider offers in the future – if the price is right. It’s pretty normal for celebrities to make money off the first pictures of their babies. Brad & Angelina got $14 million for their twins in 2008. J.Lo & Marc Anthony received $6 million for their twins.

And speaking of pictures, Justin Bieber’s team has now started putting up signs in places where Justin parties. The sign says any and all photos taken at the party do NOT belong to the people who took them, but they all belong to Justin. A few photos were released last week of Justin in a Newport Beach Hotel room - showing him smoking what looks like marijuana. In addition to the signs, Justin's security team is supposed to "manage" private situations like the one in the hotel room.

Talk show host and Skinnygirl founder Bethenny Frankel has filed for divorce from her husband Jason. They announced that they were separating last month, but Bethenny has now taken the next step, filing a summons for divorce in New York court. They got married in 2010 – and they have a two-year-old daughter named Bryn. But, Us Weekly says they are still living in their apartment together.  

Actor Thomas Gibson, star of CBS show "Criminal Minds," was arrested early Sunday morning in downtown Los Angeles on suspicion of DUI. You might know him better as “Greg” from the old show Dharma and Greg. He drove through a section of a street that was blocked off for a half marathon. He was taken into custody on suspicion of DUI and was booked at Los Angeles Central Jail with bail set at $15,000.
