Denise Omstead has worked at Clear Channel Radio-Fairbanks since 1999. She is originally from the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia and came here after graduating from Shepherd College for a "fun summer job on the North Slope." Little did she know she'd meet soon to be husband, Jason, upon arriving here.

So 11 years, 8 months and some odd days later (but who's counting), Denise is proud to call Fairbanks home. She lives in town with her husband and two cats, Corey and Sugar, one fat, the other obese.

Denise brings nearly a dozen years of experience to the media sales table, along with her quick wit and integrity. Denise has a B.S. degree with a double major in Marketing and Communications.

She enjoys writing, travel, music, books, movies and lazy Sundays working the New York magazine crossword while sipping on an Irish coffee.
